Monthly income report – April 2021

Hello all!

This month the crypto rally is continuing. On some coins, I’m up more than 10x. But most interesting from last month is that I found a way to make passive income with crypto!

Most of my altcoins I bought on Binance.com. All coins I could send to my Trezor wallet I send and store there. But there is good amount of coins I couldn’t move easily to Trezor, so I left them on Binance. And last month, as the amount storing there heavily increased, I searched for ways to make some money with crypto. 

The result is Binance staking and saving account. Saving account offers +- 1% per year, which is not so great, but better than nothing, and I can use my crypto anytime I want. In contrast, staking is for specific period (30days, 60days, 90days), and if I take my money sooner, I will lose all the interest. Also, it is limited in amount for all users, so one must catching the right offer as not always staking everything is possible. But the return is about 10% per year, which worth it!

Steady growth here, just a small new position.

Crowdlending
Mintos RUB – No change, still in lost. (Interesting is that I get more and more RUB, but EUR values is still around 190 Eur. Basically, the interest only covers the inflation of RUB)

Mintos EUR – Leaving this account to live on its own.

EstateGuru – Not investing more.

Crowdestor – Last month I wrote that I expect some repayments – unfortunately, I didn’t get them. I’m slowly leaving crowdestor and will focus more on the stock exchange.
