Hello all!
Those times are quite skeptical about the future move of the stock market. Therefore, I made a few more investments into the stock market at the beginning of the month and now just waiting for what will happen in the future. Many people predict the future recession. Hence, I keep some cash in hand if there will be more opportunities to jump into the stock market.
In the time of crisis:
Cash is king.
Even thou, I made about 700 Euros last month I didn’t cash it out. Thus I’m not celebrating much this ‘profit’. Luckily, I don’t have to care much, as I’m a long term investor and make income from the dividends. Speaking about dividends first should come this month already, and I should receive some almost every month in the year. This will increase my passive income in the future. Though the income will be lower (+-4% from stocks) than from crowdlending, it will less likely stop coming than in P2P.
Crowdlending
I continue to withdraw my money from Mintos. After the past experience with Kuetzal and Envestio, it is safer to withdraw my money, lost 10% interest for the next year, and then if everything will be fine, get back in.
When I reopen my P2P investments, I will probably invest only in Mintos and EstateGuru as they seem the most reliable and stable. If Crowdestor survives the following events, I may consider this platform either.
Cryptocurrencies
Crypto is again unstable, and the value jumped back to higher levels. Everyone is expecting the Bitcoin halving event, which should happen this month to make everyone a fortune. Honestly, I think it will take perhaps another 2-4 months to Bitcoin price to jump up. But I would be happy to be mistaken, and lets see if I will double my portfolio size due to BTC ;).
The remainder of past mistakes:
Always DIVERSIFY. And invest slowly.
