Monthly Income Report – May 2020

Hello all!

Last month was the first month this year that my income finally gets higher than the previous month. This was mostly because of the stock market and shares I bought during the corona dropdown. The best part is that the stocks will be generating some income every month except January, so my income will not be just Mintos-oriented. I still keep some money aside and waiting for wheater another drop will come or not.

Stock market

Stocks are doing great and slowly recovering from their dropdown. Everything I bought during corona virus is in profit now, and it doesn’t seem like this will stop soon. But I’m still careful and not putting much more money inside it.

I’m educating myself in stock options as another source of my income. I didn’t fully develop my strategy, but selling puts will probably be the way. I will keep it separated from shares as I look at it as ‘selling insurance’.

Crowdlending

Nothing much changed here; I continue to withdraw my money from Mintos, but I will probably stop and leave there 1000 Euro position. I will change my investment strategy into the invest&access option – I think this is a great idea during this time – I will appriciate my money, but they will be ready whenever I need them.

I’m still thinking about giving a chance to EstateGuru, even with a small amount of money, but didn’t register yet. Crowdestor is still pending all the payments.

Cryptocurrencies

As I expected last month, crypto didn’t jump significantly to higher numbers, thou it stays high, which is a good sign.

The remainder of past mistakes:

Always DIVERSIFY. And invest slowly.
