Hello all!
Another month passed, and here is the latest report. Last month I got dividends from my Czech shares, which pays only once a year. Unfortunately, even with this boost, I didn’t hit my first goal, and there is still a way to go. What could be seen is year-to-year progress, which is pleasuring.
Stock market
As wrote before, I received my dividend from a stock that pays only once a year, and I keep a bigger position inside.
I’m thinking about the following ratio between the commodities and S&P500 index and about making some new investments in commodity sectors in the next months.
Crowdlending
Mintos position is getting smaller and smaller. I had to remind myself why I have the Ruble positions also – it is to be more diversified, but in general, I would not recommend doing it again.
EstateGuru – I finally made my first investment of 50 Eur. I invest only in non-Baltic states, as I don’t want to put everything into this location. My investment was in Finland, but time to time, there are also opportunities from Spain, Germany and Portugal, which I will consider.
Cryptocurrencies
Cryptocurrencies continued with slow growth. It is starting to look good after one approximately one year of position. I bought a little more of Ethereum and VeChain.

Always DIVERSIFY. And invest slowly.
