Last month was the worst of all months in case of passive income. My strategy is still the same – focuse more on the stock market than crowdleding.
Stock market
Last month I put more money into the stock exchange, mainly into growth stocks rather than dividends stocks. As I reported in last month I invested mainly in commodities oriented companies in Canada, India, and Europe. Also into some REITs in North America. I will watch the situation and probably add more money again.
Crowdlending
Mintos RUB – from the short term I wouldn’t recommend investing in different currencies on Mintos than EUR and homeland currency (for me CZK, for Poland PLN, etc.). In RUB I’m approximate to have 15.5% this year, but if I want to transfer this profit back to EUR or CZK I would be in lost due to weaker RUB – heck. I will probably just keep this investment and see a little more long term result.
Mintos EUR – I will try to withdraw last Euros I have invested here and then let it go to its fortune.
EstateGuru – I continue to slow investment into non-Pobaltic projects.
Crowdestor – I will still wait and see how the platform will continue.
